CUAVA wins at 2021 Australian Space Awards

CUAVA wins the category Space Education and Outreach Program of the Year for 2021.

CUAVA was announced as winner at the Australian Space Awards, held at gala event held on June 4th.

CUAVA was well represented this year, with finalists in the following categories:

  • Academic of the Year: Professor Iver Cairns, CUAVA – The University of Sydney
  • Academic of the Year: Dr Elias Aboutanios, CUAVA – University of NSW
  • Engineer of the Year: Dr Xueliang Bai, CUAVA – The University of Sydney
  • Rising Star of the Year: Dr Xueliang Bai, CUAVA – The University of Sydney
  • Space Education and Outreach Program of the Year: CUAVA – The University of Sydney

The Space Connect Australian Space Awards has been created to showcase the nation’s best and brightest space businesses and professionals.
